Beth El 8th - 12th Graders

2012 Thursday Night Meeting Dates:
January 12: Planning a visit to a Senior Community
February 9: Helping fight Poverty in Israel
March 15: Confronting Anti-Semitism Globally and in our Backyard
April 19: Community Environmentalism

Join us once a month at 7:00pm for snacks and lively discussion about different issues in the world today and how you can have a chance to be part of the solutions. All teens are welcome. A great community service program -- now in its second year. For more information on how to participate, contact Joel Srebrenick, jsrebrenick@gmail.com.

Rap with the Rabbi
Saturdays, February 25 and March 31, 11:00am

7th Graders – Come to services and take time out to Rap with the Rabbi.
At 11:00am, seventh graders are invited to leave the sanctuary service, along with the Rabbi, for a Shabbat “rap session”– the face-to-face equivalent of being in a chat room to discuss a common topic. Come join your friends and Rabbi Roston to talk about God, prayer or whatever YOU want to discuss!
